Main area of expertise
He specialises in tax law, especially in taxation of companies and capital groups as well as restructuring and consolidating procedures. He is interested in creating structures of mutual capital relations and structures of tax-effectieve transactions, in other words, in building tax optimisation schemes covering as well the issues of international tax planning.

Experience
He has worked for “Gorazda, Świstuń, Wątroba i Wspólnicy adwokaci i radcowie prawni sp. k.” since the beginning of his professional career (since August 2006). During his studies he did internships in law offices in Kraków and in Amtsgericht in Mannheim.
Education
He graduated from the Jagiellonian Universtity in Cracow in 2007. He also graduated from School of German Law at the Jagiellonian University after he had defanded Master’s thesis entitled “Managing of profit of joint stock company – dividend puzzle”. He was granted scholardhip at the Erasmus-Sokrates programme in Mannheim (2005-2006).
In private
He is fond of jazz and snowboard.
