Main area of expertise

He specialises in preparation of licence contracts, implementations of software, maintenance and support contracts, tailor-made contracts and outsourcing contracts. He provides opinions on the above mentioned issues and participates in negotiations of many IT contracts.

He renders legal services in Polish, English and German.

Experience

Previously he worked in company as an expert of receivables collection. He became the chief executive president of the company’s management board in 1995. He cooperated with the weekly magazine “Cracow Market of Real Estates” for which he prepared articles devoted to conveyancing. He is an author of several publications on real estate and copyright law and a popular lecturer in training courses for managers on copyright and software law. His further carrier is connected with “Gorazda, Świstuń, Wątroba” of which he became a partner.

Education

He graduated from the Jagiellonian University in 1995. He passed the state judge’s exam in 1997 and the attorney-at-law Bar exam in 2001.
