Main area of expertise

Renata is an expert on commercial contracts, especially IT and construction contracts. Has many years experiance in all aspects of developing and negotiating implementation agreements of IT systems and of commercial property transacitons. She also advises clients on intellectual property disputes.

She specializes in all aspects of employment law (especially all kinds of contracts between employers and employees), public procurent (especially in the preparation of protests and appeals before the Polish Public Procurement Office), copyright law (especially in IT sector) and investment process (especially in due diligance, preparing and negotiating all contracts between shareholders).

She renders legal services in Polish and English. Communicative at Russian, Spanish and German.

Experience

Renata joined the Law Office "Gorazda, Świstuń, Wątroba i Wspólnicy adwokaci i radcowie prawni sp. k." in 2004. She has been a partner since 2008. Before joining our office she worked as an in-house lawyer for an IT company providing legal services (2002-2004). Earlier she had worked as a consultant in a brokerage house (Departament of Investment in the years 1998-2002) providing legal service in respect of funding and listing, company acquisitions, disposals and companies reconstructions.

Education

She graduated from the Jagiellonian Universtity in Cracow. She completed the Bar training and became a  legal counsel.
