Main area of expertise

He is a specialist in civil and bank law, conveyancing law, labour and employment law, commercial law in the aspect of restructuring processes, civil and commercial litigations. His areas of expertise also include  commercial contracts and consumer protection law.

He renders legal services in Polish and German.

Experience

Previously he was an in-house counsel to one of Polish largest banks, working in its branch in Cracow. He attended the Bar training in the years 1992-1996.  He has been a partner of “Gorazda, Świstuń, Wątroba i Wspólnicy adwokaci i radcowie prawni sp. k.” since 2001.

Education

He graduated from the Jagiellonian University in Cracow in 1993. He passed the state judge’s exam in 1995 and the legal counsel Bar exam in 1996.
