Public Contracts

Our clients regularly take part in proceedings based on Public Contracts Act as contractors. For many years we have supporting them in preparing protests, appeals to civil courts and represented them before administrative and common courts. We analyze terms and conditions of these contracts (SIWZ) and other documents connected with these proceedings.

We also have experience in preparing proceedings for the benefit of our clients, including all necessary legal documentation (terms and conditions of these contracts (SIWZ), framework agreements etc.).
